The pylon puts another viewpoint beside the road.
Road Sentinel places sensing, computing, power, and communications in an elevated roadside unit. It processes observations near the source, creates structured movement data, and supports a planned Bluetooth broadcast to compatible devices.
Final sensor selection and pylon spacing depend on field validation and site conditions. We will publish the production configuration after those decisions are verified.
Observe movement
Measure people, vehicles, and motion from a stable, elevated position.
Process near the road
Turn sensor input into structured observations without sending every frame elsewhere for processing.
Share observations
Support pylon communications and a planned Bluetooth broadcast to compatible onboard units and mobile devices.
Report coverage and health
State when and where the system could observe so missing coverage is not treated as zero traffic.
Match the pylon to the road.
A site review covers pole ownership, mounting, power, sight lines, communications, road geometry, permits, maintenance access, and the question the installation must answer. Observation coverage and Bluetooth range are assessed separately.
Test the full unit in the conditions buyers need.
Field work will test installation, sensing, communications, coverage, data quality, power, and operation across relevant road and weather conditions. The site does not publish an all-weather rating or fixed performance figure before that evidence exists.
