Movement records are keyed to place and time.
A temporary object number can connect observations while Road Sentinel maintains a continuous view. The structured record does not contain a name, face match, plate number, phone identifier, or identity index. Separate imagery may show a person or vehicle and follows its own access and retention terms.

Access outside an approved purpose
Customer and agency access follows account, contract, role, and purpose controls recorded by the service.
What to send
A place, date, time window, and the information you are asking about.
What not to send
Do not send a license image or plate number unless a legal process requires it. The movement schema cannot use those values as a lookup key.
What comes back
A written answer describing relevant structured records, coverage, and request-log entries.

Ten working days. If we need to check twice, we'll say so first.
