Every field in the planned movement record.
Each structured row ties a measure to a place and time window, with coverage and source details beside it. The schema supports traffic and safety analysis without adding names, face matches, or plate numbers.

Six fields the structured record does not contain
Road Sentinel does not read plates or recognize faces, and the movement schema has no name or identity index. Separate imagery may still show people or vehicles and follows its own access, use, and retention terms.
A plate
No part of the system reads plate characters. There's no reader in it at all.
A face
We never built face recognition. There's no gallery and no watch list.
A name
The movement schema has no name field and no identity index.
A phone
The movement schema has no phone number, network identifier, or device identifier.
A device id
A temporary movement object is not paired with a phone, onboard unit, or other device identifier.
A journey
The same car on two separate visits gets two separate temporary movement numbers. The structured movement record has no persistent identifier linking a Tuesday morning pass to a Friday afternoon one. Within one pass, the temporary number can follow the car from pylon to pylon; that records a path, not a personal identity. Separately governed imagery has its own terms.
